Getting started
Setup happens on your iPhone, and your Apple Watch signs in automatically:
- Open Video Watch Live on your iPhone and tap Connect Ring Account.
- Follow the prompt to link with Ring — the same connection you use for the Ring App Store.
- Your Apple Watch picks up the connection on its own the next time you open the watch app.
- Turn on Motion & Doorbell Alerts in Settings to get notifications on your wrist.
When you write in
To get a fast answer, tell us:
- What you were doing and what happened.
- Your iPhone and Apple Watch models and their iOS / watchOS versions.
- The camera involved, if it's about a specific one.
We never ask for your Ring password — you sign in with Ring directly, and we never see it.
Managing your account
You can sign out or permanently delete your account any time from the iPhone app: Settings › Ring Account. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how deletion works.
