Delete your account
Deleting permanently removes everything we store for your account: our copy of your Ring authorization, your connected devices and their alert tokens. Your Ring account itself isn’t affected.
This doesn't cancel your subscription. Your plan is managed by Ring, so it keeps billing until you cancel it. Do that first if you want the charges to stop.
Open Settings → Ring Account.
In the iPhone app.
Tap Delete Account…, then Delete Account.
Nothing is removed until you confirm. If you see Couldn’t Delete Account, check your connection and try again. Nothing was deleted.
This can’t be undone. You can use Video Watch Live again later by connecting your Ring account again. We never had your camera video to begin with. See our privacy policy for what we store.
